Daily, wastewater flows in large amounts as waste products through municipal sewer systems. Enormous amounts of energy can be found in this wastewater, energy that can be used to heat or cool buildings.
The wastewater flows over the Therm-Liner system mounted on the bottom of the sewage canal. The energy obtained from this is directed to the heating system and, by means of heat pump engineering, is utilised at the desired level.
Therm-Liner a modular and standardised system enables this ecologically sensible technology to be used cost-effectively.

Therm-Liner: A Systematic Heat Exchanger
In order to guarantee high abstraction efficiency from the canal, a cross-sectional geometry based on a dry-weather gutter was chosen when the system itself was developed.
Therm-Liner Type A
Even with low amounts of water, Therm-Liner Type A offers high abstraction capacity of energy from the canal. It can be installed in existing canals as well as in new ones.
Modular heat exchanger for large amounts of water
With an integrated heat exchanger, Therm-Liner Type B has been dimensioned in particular for large amounts of water. It can be installed in modular form in existing canals as well as in new ones.
